Automation Specialist
We are looking for our next Automation & Process Optimization Assistant, who will support the Operations team while having a transversal impact across all company areas — especially Sales — by designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
This role will work closely with multiple teams to identify process improvement opportunities, integrate tools, and implement intelligent automation using no-code/low-code platforms and AI technologies.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows to optimize operational, commercial, and internal processes across the company.
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose automation and optimization solutions with a strategic and analytical approach.
Build and manage integrations between internal tools and platforms using automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and API-based solutions.
Implement and maintain AI-powered solutions using platforms such as GPT, Gemini, and cloud-based AI services to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other teams to support automation initiatives that improve lead management, reporting, follow-ups, and internal workflows.
Monitor, document, and continuously improve automation processes to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
Support internal teams in the adoption and correct usage of automated solutions, ensuring best practices and long-term sustainability.
Maintain clear documentation of workflows, automations, and integrations for internal use.
Requirements:
Good English level (B1–B2)
+3 years of experience in automation, operations, process optimization, or technical consulting roles.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or similar tools.
Experience working with AI tools and models (GPT, Gemini, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
Experience integrating multiple tools and systems using APIs or automation platforms.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
Experience working in environments that use Slack as the main internal communication tool is desirable.
