Customer Service Representative
Bilingual Customer Service Representative provides empathetic yet effective solutions to our clients regarding our platform and services.
This role is key to ensuring service quality, enhancing team performance, and accelerating the implementation of best practices (including AI-driven initiatives and, ideally, chatbots).
Your responsibilities will include:
• Focused on real-time customer chat and service ticket management, with occasional B2B calls to resolve issues between providers and clients.
• Answer questions or queries from users regarding the page, through the different service channels (Calls, messaging or emails).
• Answer questions about the reservation process.
• Manage reservation cancellation.
• Lean on rental companies to resolve security deposit refund concerns.
Requirements:
• Full weekend availability.
• 2 days off on weekdays.
• B2 - C1 English level.
• Bilingual administrative, commercial, or customer service experience (+1 year).
• Desired condition: Experience leading teams
Artificial Intelligence applied to Customer Success (CS):
• Required: intermediate level (at minimum).
• Preferred: advanced level.
• Desired: focus/experience in chatbots (conversational AI) and related analytics.
Our job conditions:
100% remote.
40 hours per week.
We have three fixed, non-rotating shifts available: Day / Afternoon-night / Early Morning (assignment is open to negotiation).
